KA Series - Ringspun Cotton
We use 100% pure virgin soft ring spun cotton, made into perfect threads. The 30-singles yarn count gives a finer and smoother feel than most t-shirts. The use of virgin cotton allows us to perfectly achieve of our 26 colors without any variation between batches.
KP Series - Premium CVC
Using a unique combination of perfectly selected recycled fibers and blending them into polyester originating from recycled bottles, our process does not use an ounce of water. Using specific color fibers mixed with dyed polyester, we achieve uniform 12 color shades you can depend on. Due to fiber strength, our KP Series uses 24 singles yarn, a slightly thicker and more robust thread than our 30 singles, which compensates for the required fabric strength. The critical aspect of our perfected product is the total elimination of pilling. Our KP Series has no discernable pilling that is noticeable in printing or felt in wearing our shirts.
KS Series - Value CVC
This value-oriented process begins with yarns sourced outside of our spinning facilities, from reliable global partners that have not perfected the “no pilling” our talented team has developed and used in our KP Series. Made with the same exact recipe from knitting to finishing, the Brisco name is on every shirt. Using yarn that does not have the perfect character traits as our own “Brisco” made yarns, we deliver a value product in all aspects other than the yarn used to start the recipe. To maintain quality control, colors are limited.
FV Series - Premium Three-End Fleece
This Premium Three-End fleece harmoniously blends 65% cotton to create a naturally soft fabric and 35% polyester for durability and structure. The 100% cotton face adds a luxurious feel to the fabric while providing warmth and a gentle touch on the skin. The heavyweight of 8.2oz or 280gsm, our FV series is available in multiple colors.
FM Series - Midweight Fleece
Crafted to be slightly thinner and lighter than the FV series, our FM series has a blend of 55% cotton and 45% polyester made from recycled bottles. The FM series is the eco-friendly choice, but it lacks the 100% cotton face reducing the level of comfort and warmth provided by the fabric. The lighter fabric at 8oz or 270gsm is available in multiple colors.
FP Series - Promotional Fleece
This value-oriented fleece is created with a blend of 60% cvc cotton and 40% polyester made from recycled bottles. The FP series is not as soft as the other fleece series but still provides comfort and style. The lightweight fabric at 7oz or 240gsm is available in multiple colors.
KB Series - Vintage Wash
The KB series has a breathable and breezy feel only weighing 4.1oz or 140gsm. The knit fabric is a blend of 60% virgin cotton and 40% polyester. The vintage wash gives the fabric a distinct lived-in charm without compromising softness or comfort and still looking new and modern.
KG Series - Baby Rib
The KG series is created using a 1x1 knit fabric with a subtle texture that stretches and slightly contours to the body for a more form fitting look. The blend of 60% virgin cotton and 40% polyester ensures a soft and durable fabric. the lightweight fabric at only 4.4oz or 150gsm is available in multiple colors.
KA00 Series - Tie Dye Ringspun Cotton
The KA00 Series uses the same fabric as the KA series made from 100% cotton and 30 singles yarn. This fabric is then tie dyed to create the colorful patterns found in our Cloud, Spiral, Spider, and Crystal Collections. The use of virgin cotton ensures there is little to no variation in the tie dye patterns between batches.
FB Series - Tie Dye Fleece
The FB series blends 60% virgin cotton for softness and 40% polyester for durability. The lightweight fleece fabric weighs 7oz or 240gsm. This comfortable fabric is then tie dyed to create the colorful patterns found in our Cloud, Spiral, Spider, and Crystal Collections. The use of virgin cotton ensure there is little to no variation in the tie dye patterns between batches.
